- Receiving goods and handling incoming deliveries
- Performing quality and quantity checks on received materials
- Recording discrepancies and handling claims and complaints
- Processing transactions and maintaining accurate records in SAP ERP
- Proper storage and placement of materials within the warehouse
- Collaborating and coordinating with internal teams and relevant departments
- Communicating and coordinating with transport and logistics providers
- Preparing and dispatching goods to customers
- Monitoring and tracking the movement and availability of materials within the factory

Požadujeme

- Good IT and computer skills, with SAP ERP and MS Office experience being an advantage
- Good physical condition and ability to carry out various warehouse-related tasks- Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
- Good command of both English and Slovak
